Our logo design for the pet-parent platform The Wildest has been awarded at The Type Directors Club! This year's winners were selected from over 2000 entries from 62 countries. Print Magazine features our new identity design for Vevo: "Known as being the host to thousands and thousands of music videos, Vevo’s new brand identity allows the awareness for the brand to shine as it should. Designed by Porto Rocha, the redesign is focused on the artists who make up the website while also balancing Vevo’s own brand voice. The visuals are colorful, bold, dynamic, yet minimalistic, allowing space for the audio to reign supreme."

Out of nearly 700 entries, our cover for Chani Nicholas’ bestselling book, You Were Born For This, was selected as one of the top 50 book cover designs of 2020. “The cover design, the reflective foil, the typeface all allow the title to do its thing. Great restraint.” —Paul Sahre (AIGA Juror). The book will be archived in the AIGA Collection at Columbia University’s Rare Book and Manuscript Library in NY.

As our first ever entry in the D&AD Awards, our Netflix Tudum almanac earned a Wood Pencil for creative excellence in Magazine & Newspaper Design. We’re thrilled to see the project recognized among some of 2021's most outstanding creative work, and honored to be taking home a Pencil.

Our founder and creative director Felipe Rocha was part of The ADCC Awards jury pannel along with Flávia Nalon, Nikki Gonnissen and Forest Young. The Advertising & Design Club of Canada celebrates the best in Canadian advertising, design and interactive. Winners will be announced on June 3rd.

We collaborated with Chani Nicholas on the cover design of her new book, You Were Born For This: Astrology for Radical Self Acceptance. Since its release, the book has gone on to sell over 30,000 books in just three months, solidifying its place as a New York Times bestseller. Through Chani’s contemporary reimagining of the zodiac, her audience only continues to grow. A testament to her widespread popularity, Chani cultivates new perspectives on radical self-acceptance today that resonate throughout each chapter of her debut book.

Felipe Rocha was invited to be a judge at the 13th edition of the Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial. The biennial is organized by the Association of Graphic Designers in Brazil and has become the most important graphic design event in the country.

In a year that could arguably be described as the most diverse class in Young Guns history, a jury of more than 60 respected creatives spent two months reviewing hundreds of submissions from a record 45 different countries. After several rounds of judging, the jury ultimately selected 28 Young Guns. We are excited to share Leo's win and his interview with The One Club where he talks about his favorite projects, creative style and influences.

As part of The Hallmark Symposium Lecture Series at The University of Kansas, Felipe Rocha led a conversation with the students of KU’s Design Department about designing for the music industry and his experience working at Spotify.
