Mid-Senior PR & Engagement Manager
We are looking for a strategic individual to sit at the heart of our agency’s global representation and growth. You will be responsible for elevating our external profile (Press) while streamlining the journey from initial lead to signed contract (New Business). This high-visibility role is for you if you are plugged into culture and creative industries (EMEA & US), you thrive in the world of PR and reputation building, and bring a vast experience in project and account management.
This is a full-time position based in the UK, reporting to our Business Director. Working hours are 10am-6pm, hybrid.

London-based Salary Range: 55-70K GBP* depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities | PR & Brand Building
Reputation & Media Relations: Crafting and executing a proactive PR strategy; acting as a day-to-day press liaison, maintaining relationships with creative press (e.g., Vogue Business, AdAge, Wallpaper Magazine, Dezeen, It’s Nice That, Creative Review) to secure coverage for launches and agency news.
Case Studies & Self-Initiated work: Stewarding the development and strategic planning of our client case studies and initiated projects, with support from our Studio Coordinator and Project Management Team. You will drive our teams to turn projects into compelling, results-driven case studies for the site and socials in accordance to our wider PR and comms strategy.
Events & Initiatives: Managing our presence at industry events (Design Conferences, Festivals and Award Shows), including award submissions; coordinating agency-hosted thought leadership moments.
Social / Owned Channels: Supporting the strategic planning, execution and updating of our content across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website).
Key Responsibilities New Business & Commercial Support
Lead Management: Managing the Leads Funnel at each stage, you will be acting as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries all the way through to Proposal creation, and SOW development in collaboration with our account and project leads. Guided by our Business Director, you will conduct outbound prospecting supported by industry and business research.
Pitch & RFP Coordination: You will be project managing the pitch process—you will plan and oversee the pitch development of our team, set timelines, building the pitch scope, partner with the Business Director on commercial and creative objectives, and overall ensure the final deck or proposal reflects all key requirements.
Commercial Documentation: Supporting the Business Director in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and fee proposals.
CRM Ownership: Maintaining the new business pipeline (HubSpot), to ensure an up-to-date overview of our new business pipeline, estimated forecast, and conversion rate / data-driven reporting.
Requirements
Experience: 4–7 years in a creative agency environment or similar environment, specifically within PR, Publishing, Marketing, New Business or Account Management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the US & UK / EMEA media and creative industry landscape.
Writing Excellence: You are a skilled writer, capable of switching between a punchy press release and a strategic RFP response.
Commercial Literacy: You are interested in, and comfortable with, the numbers side of a creative business. You understand commercial agency models and how to apply these to competitive proposals and SOWs.
Proactive Mindset: You’re always one step ahead, and are able to spot new biz and PR activities before the opportunity passes.
