To lead the creation of ownable motion design systems with strong conceptual and strategic foundations, partnering with branding designers to further develop and express identity systems;

To bring clarity of direction and take ownership of all motion design projects;

To create captivating motion and 2D animation content;

To lead the digital production and quality control with designers and project managers involved, providing attention to detail throughout the entire process;

To be able to interpret briefs and find the most creative and appropriate design solutions to complex design problems;

Working collaboratively with all stakeholders from kickoff meetings through conception, execution and delivery;

To use strategic and systematic thinking to create relevant and easy-to-use motion guidelines for identity systems;

To prepare high-quality presentations of work with a strong ability to communicate your creative process, thoughts, ideas and connection to the brief.
