Senior Brand Designer
We are looking for a motivated and talented senior brand designer to work on brand identity and design system projects. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of multidisciplinary design, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and can communicate ideas strategically and systematically.
London or New York-based preferred, but open to remote candidates. The position will be initiated with a 3-month independent contract as a trial period, 40h/week.

Responsibilities
Possess an advanced understanding of design principles, branding strategies, and creative processes to provide insightful input during project ideation and planning;
Contribute to the development of design briefs, helping to shape client objectives into actionable creative strategies;
Display a deep understanding of industry trends and insights, bringing innovative ideas to the team;
Leading design on assigned projects from kickoff meetings through conception, execution and delivery;
Identity & Design Systems: To lead the creation of design directions for identity systems with strong conceptual and strategic foundations and taking ownership of project delivery ensuring work gets delivered to the highest standard;
Guidelines: To use strategic and systematic thinking to create relevant and easy-to-use brand guidelines;
Range of Work: To produce exceptional work in a variety of projects, styles and techniques, ranging from branding and identity projects to design production;
Time Management: Accurately estimate and manage time across multiple projects, ensuring that internal and external deadlines and timelines are adhered to for assigned project phases;
Time Tracking: Constantly monitor and track actual hours used on projects for better management, project estimates and client billing;
Presentations: To prepare high-quality presentations of work for client presentations, as well as participating and presenting in designated client meetings with a strong ability to communicate your creative process, thoughts, ideas and connection to the brief;
Mentorship: Collaborate with other designers and ac as a mentor and guide for Associate Designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development.
Client Relationships: Foster strong client relationships, engaging in effective communication, understanding client needs, and providing strategic design recommendations.
