To bring clarity of direction and to take ownership of digital projects, including website and ecommerce design and other interactive projects;

To lead the digital production and quality control with designers and developers involved, providing attention to detail throughout the entire process;

To lead the creation of digital design directions with strong conceptual and strategic foundations, partnering with branding designers to further develop identity systems;

To be able to interpret briefs and find the most creative and appropriate design solutions to complex digital design problems;

Working collaboratively with all stakeholders from kickoff meetings through conception, execution and delivery;

To participate in user and client interviews and to gather and synthesize insights;

To use strategic and systematic thinking to create relevant and easy-to-use user experience and user interface brand guidelines;

To prepare high-quality presentations of work with a strong ability to communicate your creative process, thoughts, ideas and connection to the brief;

Build and set-up design system libraries & make annotations explaining the overall product system, its features and interactions;

Build high-fidelity prototypes with specific attention to motion.
